The Magical Mirror is a Fable that remains in the Business Office. For many years he lied to Ambroes about the fate of Ambrose's wife and daughter and he was the advisor to Bufkin while he was stranded in the business office. He was trapped within the mirror and for thousands of years attempted to escape. But he has now come to see the mirror as his home and has even resisted being expelled from the mirror[citation needed]. He prefers to only answer people if they ask him questions (though he has been shown to be able to answer questions if they are not in rhyme[citation needed]).

- According to Selina, there was a queen who used to wield the mirror. Because of its abilities, it is possible that it was used to charm her and made her wicked. Its legend was mentioned in the Legendarium: “Once upon a time, there was an evil queen, who possessed a mystical, magic mirror.”
