| - is a veteran ANBU kunoichi hailing from Kumogakure. The daughter of A and a fiery Kumo jōnin, she inherited both her mother's powerful wrath and her father's militaristic state of mind, a very troubling combination in the minds of several Kumogakure citizens. Thus from a young age she earned the title of War Princess, for both her confrontational attitude and her exploits on the battlefield, a place that she became quickly at home with. However, as knowledge of her skills within Kumo grew, Teishoku sought entry into the village's elite Kinkaku Force, noting them as the group responsible for the death of the Second Hokage a prominent yet polarizing figure in Konohagakure history. Following her attainment of the designation Jōnin at the tender age of 13, Teishoku was finally allowed to join, quickly rising through the ranks on her own merit and intellect. When it came time for a new leader however, many were shocked when her name was brought forth, making her the youngest head of the group at the age of 19. It was through her involvement as the figurehead and de facto leader of this unit that earned the title of Kumo's General, as she led the unit into a conquering state that furthered Kumogakure's own power while protecting its people. Under her iron clad leadership, the organization became quickly reminiscent of Konoha's own officially disbanded Root, something that earned her the distrust of the successive Raikage. However, because she aimed her ambitious ideology towards the enemies of Kumogakure and the Shinobi Alliance, they turned somewhat of a blind eye to her encroaching ways. Teishoku would later move to separate the Kinkaku Force from the main Kumogakure military (other ANBU) included, effectively cementing its status as a new era Root. In line with the other similarities, Teishoku created a seal specifically meant for keeping their operations secret. By consolidating power within the force, and reinforcing the general status quo of the organization's activities, Teishoku has emerged as a tertiary power within the Lightning Country through the numbers accumulated within her force, as well as their influence both in the village and abroad. Some say she is on equal footing with the Raikage and Lightning Daimyō, though Tei herself states that is too early to be making such leaps. However, it is clear that her ultimate vision is to surpass the office of the Raikage as the central decision maker within the village, before passing the Daimyo as well.
