Ross Lee McKay (born March 3, 1964) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender who played in one National Hockey League game for the Hartford Whalers during the 1990–91 NHL season. He played junior hockey for the Calgary Wranglers from 1981 to 1984. He then joined the University of Saskatchewan from 1984 to 1988. McKay was a Canada West Universities Athletic Association Second All-Star in 1985 and 1987 and a First All-Star in 1988. McKay retired in 1991 to pursue a career as a chiropractor.
