These nuts are sold under a variety of private labels and under the Company's Fisher, Evon's, Flavor Tree, Sunshine Country, Texas Pride and Tom Scott brand names. The Company also markets and distributes, and in most cases manufactures or processes, a diverse product line of food and snack items, including peanut butter, candy and confections, natural snacks and trail mixes, sunflower seeds, corn snacks, sesame sticks and other sesame snack products. The Company sells products to approximately 3,200 customers, including approximately 100 international accounts. Retailers of the Company's products include grocery chains, mass merchandisers, drug store chains, convenience stores and membership clubs. The Company markets many of its products directly to approximately 500 retail stores in Illinois and six other states through its store-door delivery system discussed below. Wholesale distributors purchase products from the Company for resale to regional retail grocery chains and convenience stores. The Company's industrial customers include bakeries, ice cream and candy manufacturers and other food and snack processors. Food service customers include hospitals, schools, universities, airlines, retail and wholesale restaurant businesses and national food service franchises. In addition, the Company packages and distributes products manufactured or processed by others.
