- Greater Dog is a monster who lives near the edge of Snowdin Forest and acts as the last miniboss before Frisk reaches Snowdin Town. It wears a gigantic suit of plate armor and weilds a spear which has a dog face on it. In order to be spared, Greater Dog must be beckoned, pet, played with, and pet two more times. After being spared, Greater Dog will jump out of its suit, revealing itself to only be a regular, normal sized dog wearing a colossal suit of armor before jumping back in (head first) and walking off. Greater Dog can later be found in Grillby's with Lesser Dog, Doggo, and the Dogi if they too were spared. Unlike the Dogi and Doggo, Greater Dog appears to be incapable of speech, a trait it shares with Lesser Dog.

Greater Dog can later be found in Grillby's with Lesser Dog, Doggo, and the Dogi if they too were spared. If Frisk returns to Snowdin after the battle with Asriel Dreemurr, they will find Greater Dog, along with the other dog monsters, hanging out with Endogeny, who happens to be the combined form of all their parents. Endogeny appears to make the same noise as Greater Dog instead of speaking.
