| - The Ishvaak Clan is one of the five major clans which form the Grand Council of Chieftains, the governing body which rules over the New Armes Kingdom. Known as a moderate clan, the Ishvaak Clan holds political clout as it is the clan of original New Armes King, Halad. From 140 to 154, the Ishvaak Clan warred to unite the various tribes east of the Falena Queendom, forming the New Armes Kingdom in the process. However, despite this historical significance, the Ishvaak Clan's influence, like any other, waxes and wanes with council politics. In 450. the King of New Armes, Jalat, was a member of the Ishvaak Clan, but his power was limited due to the power of more hawk-like clans such as the Darja Clan. However, with the failure of the Darja Clan's policies, such as an alliance with the House of Godwin during the Falenan Civil War and aid from moderate clans such as the Madra Clan, the Ishvaak Clan's influence rose again following the Falenan Civil War.
