This spell drops a large bubble onto the enemy, which then bursts into several smaller bubbles that deal multiple hits to the enemies within its damage range. This is an excellent spell for combo building since it deals many hits quickly without knocking down the enemies. However, it is not very effective against flying enemies, since the spell's effects are concentrated on the ground. In Tales of the Abyss, using Blessed Drops within a fully charged Wind or Light FOF Circle will transform the arte into Divine Saber. The arte also creates a fully charged Water FOF Circle after the spell effects end, which can be used with other artes or spells to form new attacks.

This spell was newly added to Genis Sage's movelist in Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, despite never having the option to learn it in the original game. It is also the "Second Movement" of a Water-elemental monster ally's Unison Attack, attainable by having at least one Water-elemental monster in the active party and exactly two minor Water element symbols on the field, or a major field element of Water with one or two minor Water element symbols. In Tales of Berseria, the animation is altered and resembles Bubble Arrow, with the difference of conjuring three large bubbles of water floating in the air, as opposed to the four bubbles seen in Bubble Arrow.
