| - The Wave is an alliance based on 4 basic principles: Discipline Community Action and Pride. These principles make up the motto of The Wave: "Strength through discipline, strength through community, strength through action, strength through pride" The alliance has a strict set of rules regarding member conduct. The alliance is headed by a council. Members of the council are known as councilors. Councilors are the most senior and trusted members of the alliance and are responsible with leading the alliance. The council is headed by a Grand Councilor who acts as the supreme ruler of the alliance and makes the final decisions on anything. There are various ways which grand councilors are picked/assigned. The council will appoint Monitors who will do the councils bidding whether it be making sure members follow rules or recruit new members or help teach members about the alliance structure and rules or just how to run there nation in general. Members of the alliance are sub divided by experience seniority in the alliance and trust. Members who just join the alliance are referred to as "New Members" once you gain experience in the game and trust from the alliances members you can move up to th rank of "Junior member" This is followed by the rank of "Regular Members" regular members may be Monitors and form the core of the alliance. Lastly there are the "Senior Members" these members are usually part of the council and run the alliance. They are the leading experienced members of the alliance. The alliance does not like to believe in a class or rank system but prefer equality amongst all members. This organizational system amongst members is simply for organization and administration purposes. The alliances general goals is to create a strong tight knit group of members who will help one another grow strong. We will help and teach new members to become strong nations and protect them from outside attacks and support there expansion.
