In hand-drawn Japanese animation productions, such as in Hayao Miyazaki's films, the key animator handles both layout and key animation. Some animators in Japan such as Mitsuo Iso take full responsibility for their scenes, making them become more than just the key animator.

Gladiator - A machine-type bull that does close-range melee damage. Stormer- A machine-type turtle with cannon on its back that does long range magic damage Protector- A centaur-like machine that does melee damage, and takes every HP of damage you get hit for you. Each of these three summons can be buffed by a skill called Renew, although the Protector can only be buffed by the Renew buff for either the Gladiator or Stormer. Every time you level up one of the summon skills, you may notice a diffrence with the summon because it may grow bigger or a new physical add-on, such as a set of gears, may appear on the summon.
