Scam by: Location: Service: Profit: Loss: Cause of failure: First appearance: Other appearances: Featured in: Ed's Sweaters is a scam that Eddy ran in "I Am Curious Ed." In the scam, he offered to warm you up by letting you buy a sweater knitted by "Grandma Double D." To do this, he hooked in customers and plopped them into buckets of ice and boxes of ice cream in order to make them feel cold. In the scam, Eddy acted as the pitchman, Edd as the labor source, and Ed as the model for the sweaters. The only customers seen were Jimmy and Sarah. The scam was abandoned after they revealed that they just wanted to know where babies came from, information that Eddy was willing to sell for only fifty cents.
