The Staten Island Midland Railway was an operator, incorporated 1907, of several streetcar routes in central Staten Island (the borough of Richmond in New York City). It had acquired the former Staten Island Midland Railroad at its incorporation, and also operated the Staten Island Traction Company. In 1920, it went bankrupt, and its routes were taken over by the New York City Department of Plant and Structures.
