If you have the means of absorbing Fire, this can be an interesting option to set in a dais, particularly for the boss battles in the dungeon, as you will then be healed if you are targeted by a Fire elemental attack or a melee attack. However, it is a very expensive sealstone and therefore probably not worth restoring, as you may later achieve resistance to Fire by other means. It can be useful to carry if your party has a strong elemental build, but will otherwise hamper your effectiveness in combat.
