Frank Kelly is a former NASCAR driver. He competed in two Busch Series events in his career. Both came in the series' inagural year of 1982. Kelly made his debut at Darlington Speedway in the spring, but his starting position is lost due to poor records. We do know that Kelly did not finish the entire race, finishing 20th in the twenty-three car field. Kelly returned to the series at Dover International Speedway in May, starting that event 13th. Cylinder woes dropped Kelly once again to 20th position and Kelly has not raced in NASCAR since.
