Art Hurst (2 May 1933 - November 1993) was a Canadian ice hockey player who competed in the 1956 Winter Olympics. Hurst was a member of the Kitchener-Waterloo Dutchmen who won the bronze medal for Canada in ice hockey at the 1956 Winter Olympics. He also won the Allan Cup with the Dutchmen in 1953. Hurst also played for the senior Stratford Indians. During World War II he played for the Sydney Navy team.
