The energy of the Dino Gems, including the Black gem, was exhausted in a final confrontation with Mesogog, rendering them useless, and the Brachio Morpher inaccessible. Thunder Struck However, with the re-energizing of Kira's Dino Morpher by the Sentinel Knight, Once A Ranger and the original three Dino Rangers and Trent Fernandez joining the other Legendary Rangers against the Armada, it is most likely that Tommy's Brachio Morpher has been restored as well. This was not demonstrated however, as he used his old Power Morpher to become the Green Mighty Morphin Power Ranger instead. Legendary Battle
