Eli Lilly's brand name for its 20% R/neutral and 80% NPH/isophane crystal insulin which is intermediate-acting. It was discontinued in the EU & UK in July 2004. Comparable insulins, both Novo-made: Mixtard 20 and Actraphane 20/80.
