Elwin Nelson "Doc" Romnes (January 1 1907 in White Bear Lake, Minnesota – July 21, 1984 in Colorado Springs, Colorado) was a professional hockey player in the NHL. He played for three seasons (1927-28 to 1929-30) with the St. Paul Saints of the American Hockey Association before joining the Chicago Black Hawks in 1930-31. Romnes played eight seasons for the Hawks, winning the Stanley Cup twice in 1933-34 and 1937-38.
