En el año 2351 descubrió en este lugar un micro-wormhole de 70 cm. de diámetro, en el cual encontró extrañas lecturas provenientes de una micro sonda en su interior. Investigando un poco más halló que este dispositivo había sido enviado por el USS Voyager desde el Cuadrante Delta. Al identificar esta nave como perteneciente a sus enemigos declarados, la Federación de Planetas Unidos, fue muy reticente al comienzo para establecer una comunicación efectiva, pero poco más tarde con ayuda de la persuasión de la Capitán Kathryn Janeway y el trabajo de Harry Kim y B'Elanna Torres pudo primero establecer una comunicación visual, y sobre la frecuencia de ésta más tarde un vínculo de teletransportación. Luego de realizar la hazaña de ser transportado por este medio al Cuadrante Delta (a una distancia de 70.000 años luz), los intentos de lograr el rescate de esta tripulación varada se vieron frustrados al descubrir que también había sido desplazado 20 años en el futuro, por lo que temiendo desafortunadas consecuencias en el flujo de espacio-tiempo se suspendió la iniciativa. Volviendo a su nave con un chip isolineal con 150 grabaciones personales de la tripulación de la Voyager y la promesa de transmitirlos a la Flota Estelar en el tiempo correspondiente, Telek R'Mor terminó su asignación científica en el año 2352; lamentablemente este notable científico falleció en el año 2367, y se desconoce si sus sucesores cumplieron con el pedido solicitado.
