Chaos energy isn't limited to spreading chaos through a single method, but many. It can inflict fear in its opponents, destroy someones mental state, create small natural disasters, and negate regeneration and healing abilities and techniques, disrupt the flow of chakra, absorb chakra, and other chaotic effects. Using this style of combat does come with drawbacks. The first is it influences Ryuuki's mind as well. Every time he uses it Hashū will make Ryuuki more ruthless and violent. There are even times when Ryuuki will lose all sense of reason and go berserk, killing anyone who dares cross his path. Ryuuki believes that if he isn't careful he may lose all sense of individuality and become the personification of destruction and chaos. To prevent this from happening Ryuuki will often limit how many times he will use this form of combat to no more than three techniques per minute. The only time he will let himself use Hashū freely is when he is facing Otohime or someone else he hates just as much.
