| Synopsis
| - Stel Caine continues to flee from the Bloodsuckers. She is backed into a corner and force to listen to a bloodsucker plead to let her feed so her daughter may live. After agreeing, she begins to have visions of Johl Caine who tells her the only way she will be able to press forward is if she starts acting for herself. Her whole life she's lived for others, but not that needs to change if she's going to bring hope to the world.
Stel snaps out of the vision that the bloodsucker was forcing upon her. She pulls away and uses Marik's Blade as multiple bloodsuckers swarm around her and attempt to drink her blood. Mertali appears and saves her using her double bladed fighting style to push back her attackers. They escape under some wreckage where Zem meets them. He tells them he's fueled the vehicle and just needs to put some final touches before they can take off. They urge him to hurry as they are being chased. Suddenly, Zem is surrounded by the bloodsuckers and tells them to take off without him. He tells them this will be his penance for what he did to Marik. However, Stel refuses to give up. She pulls the ship around and uses the thrusters to light the group on fire, saving Zem.
The crew head to the surface with renewed spirits and Stel begins to believe in herself again.
