| - A civil war enthusiast, Patrick Lawrence brought his wife Blanche and daughter Daisy to Valley Lodge, Virginia, for a camping trip around June 15, 2007. The family visited Reynold's Curios, a local antique store, where Patrick purchased a Regimental Reunion ribbon for himself for $150, and the necklace for Daisy for $40 (after some negotiation with the shop owner.) That night, at the campground, Patrick lauded the excellence of the spot he'd chosen to camp, and attempted to tell "scary stories" to Daisy including "the zombie dog" and the "ghost regiment of the civil war", which Daisy claimed was "boring." As he was about to turn in for the night, Patrick heard a noise in the woods and got his axe (for chopping firewood) and went to investigate, telling Daisy to get her mother and go wait in the car until he was sure it was safe. Patrick wandered into the woods and after a few moments could be heard screaming hysterically. Blanche began screaming too, but Daisy's blurry and dark videotape made it impossible to see what happened to Patrick and his wife. During the chaos, Daisy time travelled to July 7, 1864 where she witnessed and caused Ben being shot. Shortly after, Daisy time flashed back to the present, but her parents were gone. A week later, Lake seemed to indicate some knowledge of Patrick and his whereabouts. Daisy asked Hale if he knew where her father was, but he only responded "your father is of no concern to us." Patrick has not been heard from since, but his body was never found.
