This will help everyone see why the information should be kept and will show up in the History of each page and the Recent changes. But be careful not to get stubborn. If you think, "I'm going to add this no matter what anyone else says", then you need to take another look at what you want to add. Is the information following the editing guidelines, or isn't it?
