Fernand Joseph Rivard (born January 18, 1946 in Grand-Mère, Quebec) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender. He played in 55 NHL games with the Minnesota North Stars over parts of four seasons. He played junior hockey in the province of Quebec from 1961 to 1965 and then the Montreal Junior Canadiens and Peterborough Petes from 1965 to 1966. He turned pro with the Muskegon Mohawks in 1966-67 and then played for the Quebec Aces in 1967-68. Rivard retired in 1975.

He played in 55 NHL games with the Minnesota North Stars over parts of four seasons. He played junior hockey in the province of Quebec from 1961 to 1965 and then the Montreal Junior Canadiens and Peterborough Petes from 1965 to 1966. He turned pro with the Muskegon Mohawks in 1966-67 and then played for the Quebec Aces in 1967-68. The Philadelphia Flyers, who owned the Aces, lost Rivard to the Minnesota North Stars in 1968. Rivard spent the next seven years in the North Stars' system, getting into 55 NHL games over that span. His record was 9-27-11 with two shutouts. Rivard retired in 1975.
