"Cry of the Wolf" - Part Two The Freedom Fighters land in a meeting room, where Lupe introduces herself and her people as the Wolf Pack Freedom Fighters. Sally tells Lupe that they came to stop Dr. Robotnik's newest weapon and asks how Lupe kept her tribe a secret for so long. Lupe tells her that there's little left to keep secret: her entire culture was wiped away, and all they have left is a data card. Sally gives the data card to NICOLE, who plays back the information stored inside. The data takes the form of holographic images, and Lupe explains her story. According to Lupe, Dr. Robotnik destroyed their homes and roboticized their people. He plans to stop the surviving members of the Wolf Pack from pestering him by testing his new super weapon on them. Sonic realizes that there are probably more Freedom Fighter groups around the world like them, thinking they're the only Freedom Fighters left, and decides they need to find a way to contact them. Lupe tells Sonic that they scavenged some technology when raiding Robotnik's factories and shows him a room full of communication devices. Sonic asks if they also have firepower, and Lupe tells them they have something but they don't know how to activate it. The Wolf Pack leads Sonic, Antoine, and Sally through the mountains to find a good position to set up their cannon. Snively arrives in a patrol craft along with a new, experimental battle-hovercraft and searches the mountainside from the Freedom Fighters. While Snively is searching, the group ducks into a cave, sets up the cannon, and aim it at the battle ship. They successfully hit their mark and begin to celebrate. "Cry of the Wolf" - Part Three As the rubble from the mountains falls away, it turns out that the hovercraft is completely unharmed. It retaliates, firing lasers at the Freedom Fighters. Sonic grabs a Power Ring and spins up a tornado, causing the battle ship to crash into Snively's patrol craft. Unfortunately, both ships sustain minimal damage, and Snively captures Sonic and Sally. Snively brings them aboard his ship, only for Sonic to tie him up. Sally accesses the ship's computers and finds files on the battle ship and comes up with a plan. She has Sonic lead the battle ship into a lightning storm. The ship is struck by lightning, overloading its circuits and causing it to explode. The Wolf Pack cheers for Sonic as Lupe informs them that she's managed to make contact with other Freedom Fighter groups. Sally and the members of the various Freedom Fighter groups gather together, promising to depose Robotnik, defeat his Sub-Bosses, and reclaim Mobotropolis.
