Metal Gear 2: Curse of the Snakes is a now defunct fan-made mod for Half Life 2, based on Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. According to the creators, it was going to be a completey faithful recreation of Metal Gear 2, expanded into three dimensional graphics. After many months of inactivity from most of the team members, the mod was finally declared "on ice" in January 2007.
