| - Dr. Wily has changed history more then Ophelia and Doctor Who combined. He has changed stuff like the future, the past, and Your Mom. Other people never bother that he changes history cause most people are a bunch of losers who let anything happen.
- Dr. Wily is a boss in I Wanna Be The Guy. He follows pretty much the same movement pattern for Wart, except the Clown Car now doesn't touch the ground. He drops fireballs which spawn fire columns like the fireballs from the Dracula fight. He also drops a large "bowling ball" from time to time. To hit him, shoot the ball, and your shots will ricochet up, hopefully hitting him. Jump over the ball (which is very difficult) and repeat the pattern. HP: 20

Doctor Wily is the typical mad scientist; he is 57 years old (according to the Rockman & Forte Japanese game manual), wears a white lab coat (sometimes he also dons a red cape), is unkempt, has a large mustache and is prone to emotional fits. Doctor Wily is the creator of both Bass and Zero.
