- In July 2376, the Pinta was assigned to Outpost 40 in orbit of Ba'ku in the Briar Patch. When renegade Son'a attacked the starbase, Ambassador Worf of the USS Avenger took command of the ships stationed at Ba'ku to defend the outpost. (TNG video game: Armada mission: Paradise Revisited) USS Pinta was still in active service in 2377. (TNG video game: Armada II) No specific history or definitive final fate was established for this vessel in the Armada series as its name was selected for a scout by the game developers, and is placed randomly each time the ship appears.

When Locutus led a Borg incursion into the sector in search for a secret Romulan starbase, the Borg attacked ships and outposts of various species to gain resources, including Starfleet.
