Goshin-Ryu Kempo, founded by the controversial Swedish martial artist Jörgen Jörgensen in 1996, is a martial art wich claims a foundation in Karate, Jujutsu, Taekwondo, and Muay Thai. Goshin-Ryu intends to provide training in various techniques, from kicks, punches and blocks to throws to grappling. It also offers a curriculum in what is referred to as "Kobujutsu". Goshin-Ryu Kempo is mostly taught in Europe, with most of its schools in Sweden, Scotland, and Romania. Outside of Europe, it maintains a single school each in the United States, India, and Nigeria.
