The Thanksgiving Revolt was an uprising throughout the former Confederate States against the United States Federal Government during World War I. It was secretly supported by the German government in order to distract the US from Europe. The US succeeded in putting down the revolt and entered the war against Germany. In 1942 during World War II, FBS agents Neil Michaels and Morrie Harris stopped an even larger potential uprising, based in New Orleans, which was funded and armed by the Nazis.
