The Labrador Gang are the foes of the Watch Dog in the Dog City episode "Who Watched the Watch Dog?" They stage a series of daring heists, each one conveniently foiled by the Watch Dog. They still make the front pages of the Dog City Howler, raising Bugsy's own ire at being constantly upstaged.

They still make the front pages of the Dog City Howler, raising Bugsy's own ire at being constantly upstaged. The Labrador Gang is actually a front, however. The group are comic book artists, working for Dog City Comics and Fob Canine, staging each caper to save the Watch Dog comics from being canceled. The gang's spokesdog (the shortest member) speaks with a California surfer/valley accent. One of the gang is named Herschel, as revealed when Fob Canine drops his scripted dialogue.
