It was first sighted in 1732 by a small group of men that were hiking in the woods somewhere in New Jersey, it was described as a tall human-like creature, ranging from 5 feet to about 8.5 feet tall, is very strong, so it can pick up things about 2 tons, having an ability to hover off the ground, it was described having Ruby red eyes, black, yellow, and gray metal-like skin (with no hair), with lightning mark-like patterns bellow its eyes and a larger lightning mark on top of its helmet-like part of its head, it was said to produced electricity from its hands and 4 large silver appendages on its back, it was said that unlike Humans, which have tan colored skin or brown colored skin on their face, the American Elecman.EXE skin color on its face was gray, not tan or brown, it was also said to be an aggressive carnivorous creature that hunts any creature, no matter how innocent or cute its prey looked. When these men encountered the American Elecman.EXE, it killed one of the hikers. One of the most famous sightings was in 1983, a man recorded a video with a creature that resembled what the men have encountered 251 years before, the video is blurry, but as it shows, it is nothing like any other creature that anyone knows of. The last sighting occurred in 2009, when a 10 year old boy said that he saw a floating, electric-powered humanoid near a lake. Elecman.EXE from Megaman Battle Network might have been inspired by the American Elecman.EXE cryptid and the Elecman.EXE cryptid resembles one too, mainly in appearancex speed, strenght, its electric powers, its ability to hover, it's very intelligent, and its ability to talk like a human, but also has some weakness, for example, it couldn't penetrate wood (even with its electric powers).
