The Swooping Eagle is usually all white, representing peace, swooping in, representing vigilance and strength and itself is the national bird. On some flags and the Federal Bank of Everett logo, the eagle is depicted as red, white and blue. On most flags or emblems the eagle is white, surrounded by thirty nine white stars. On emblems, money, coins and seals the stars form a cirle around the eagle, usually thirty nine stars, sometimes fifteen, representing the original fifteen seceding states. On the national flag, the stars simply surround the eagle in the upper left corner box. On the Everett City city flag, the swooping eagle carries a single white star in its claws, the eagle representing the nation and the star, the capitol city.
