- The Max Cape is the 2nd best cape in the game, right behind the Completionist Cape. You must have all stats to level 99 (excluding Construction and Hunter). - Players compare the TokHaar-Kal and the Max cape because they both have similar statistics. Both the TokHaar-Kal and the Max cape are both very wanted items on Soulsplit because of their bonuses. If a player has aquired all the required for max cape, they can buy the "Maxed" tag from Xuan in the Falador Party Room.

- The Max cape is a cape available to players who have attained at least level 99 in all skills. In order to obtain a Max cape , players must trade Max and purchased the cape for a total of 50 Million gold.
- The minimum total level a player needs for the max cape is 2,277, the minimum amount of experience required being 299,791,913. When purchased, it comes along with a corresponding hood. Its stats are equivalent to a trimmed skillcape. As such, it inherits all the skillcape perks from other skillcapes. Mac will purchase excess max capes for 1,821,600 coins. This can only be done if the player has both the hood and cape in their inventory. Other max cape variants can be refunded in the same manner. As of 1 December 2017, there are 2,346 current members that have achieved level 99 in all skills.
- Equipping the cape will unlock title, which has the same requirements as the cape. This title can be used without wearing the cape once unlocked, and will re-lock when the cape is unable to be worn. The cape also offers a teleport to the Max Guild by right clicking it - arriving next to the skill portals inside the guild garden. Chatting with Elen Anterth provides an option to toggle the Max Cape teleport between the garden and within the tower. Talking to Lady Meilyr or a harmony pillar farmer while having the cape equipped will give the following potions:
