(Open-Cell.org) As a result of Morgan's outing, his wife Kate was demoted and ordered to return to the United States. Many of her colleagues, particularly her scheduled replacement Erik Ritter, began to doubt her judgment and competence, as her husband had been committing grave treason without her knowledge. ("Day 9: 11:00am-12:00pm") During Day 9, Jordan Reed found partially deleted references to Morgan's case on an agency hard drive partition and began a Phoenix Retrieval Program to recover it. To hide his duplicity, Navarro dispatched Reed to retrieve a "dead drop" in Camden, then sent a hitman to kill him. ("Day 9: 5:00pm-6:00pm") Despite this, his name was cleared after Navarro was found to be a traitor and Gavin Leonard discovered what Jordan had been working on before his murder. The revelation of Navarro's treachery enraged Kate as the two had been friends. ("8:00pm-9:00pm")
