- Amanda Waller (ブラック Waller) is the head of the R.I.P.D. and reoccurring nemesis of Neo Scary Godmother. Unlike other heavy, black women she is quite unsassay. She prefers to get the job done regardless of how many orphans get in the way. She said she was 39 years old although two years prior she claimed to be 37 showing how dubious her word can be.
- Amanda "The Wall" Waller is a federal agent way up in the United States Government. She serves as the head of Task Force X and all it's branches. She answers to no one but the President of the United States, and because of this, she has at times abused her power which has put her at odds with some of the Earth's superheroes, including some within her own agency.

- Amanda Waller has been established as a widow who escaped Chicago's Cabrini-Green housing projects with her surviving family after one of her daughters and her husband were murdered. Waller eventually obtained a doctorate in Political science and became a congressional aide. During that work, she discovered the existence of the first two incarnations of the Suicide Squad. Taking elements from both of these, she proposed the development of its third incarnation to the White House and was placed in charge upon its approval.
