The head of the Shield of Isin Dule Spire contains a level 160 Shadow Cyst, which drops lumps of flesh used to open the Fleshy Trove also found in the head of the spire. The other spire is found is in Tou-Tou at 29.5S, 94.2E. The majority of the spire is buried in a mountain with only the head visible. A portal to The Shadows dungeon is found here and unlike spires before it which require a portal to reach the top, this one can be reached simply by climbing the mountain.
