It his the area for high Physical damage. Only used on players outside melee range. * Leap: identical to the normal ability of Executioners, except for it has greatly reduced cooldown and does not have minimum range. Due to the mechanics of this boss fight, a great amount of melee damage reduction and crowd control reduction is advised. In addition, fighting Bloodmaw will be much more challenging on the map with limited space, especially narrow corridors. Prior to patch 2.1.2, he also had a fifth ability, Berserk: upon losing every 25% Life, or every 45 seconds, Bloodmaw would enrage, losing the cooldowns and minimum range of his Cave-In ability and the leaping attack for 6-9 seconds. This typically resulted in chain-leap sequence, along with the storm of falling rocks, allowing him to cover a large area and keep the affected players in Stun. Such ability was seen as an unfair advantage to Bloodmaw, and has been removed altogether.
