Fortune Red is a fortune telling machine at Disneyland. Originally, he was part of the Pirate's Arcade Museum, but was moved to the Pieces of Eight shop when the arcade closed. Fortune Red features a wooden cabinet with an iron bound glass box. Inside is a red-bearded pirate gesturing at a treasure map. When a guest put a coin in the machine, Red nods, turns his head, and waves his finger around the map. As he does this, the machine plays a 30-second snippet of Yo Ho (A Pirate's Life for Me). After the music finishes, a card is dispensed.

After the music finishes, a card is dispensed. Fortune Red dispenses twenty-four different fortunes. Each fortune contained a bit of advice as well as a reference to a Disneyland attraction. The back of each card had an illustrated history of Jolly Rogers.
