| - The Muppets' Wizard of Oz premiered on April 27, 2005 at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City. An after-party sponsored by Pizza Hut was held at PM on Gansevoort Street from 9:30PM to 12:30AM. The location was decorated by Tony Berger's company Relevent in a look inspired by the film's Emerald City with lanterns, posters, and green lighting from AG Light & Sound. In attendance were the film's director Kirk Thatcher, Ashanti, Miss Piggy, Kermit the Frog and Animal, who served as DJ for the night. Waitstaff were costumed in Kermit the Frog t-shirts, while Muppet videos were projected onto a green scrim that hung from the ceiling. The beverage of choice for the night, an "Ozmopolitan," was served with a blend of citrus vodka, melon liquor, and sour mix filled with green frog gummy candies. Hors d’oeuvres for kids included chicken fingers, cheese puffs and "Miss Piggy in a Blanket."
