  • Kokomo is a Muppet music video.
  • Kokomo is a song played in "Today I Am a Clown"
  • "Kokomo" is a song written by John Phillips, Scott McKenzie, Mike Love and Terry Melcher and recorded by The Beach Boys in 1988. The single was released to coincide with the release of the Tom Cruise movie Cocktail, and its accompanying soundtrack. It was nominated for Best Song written specifically for a Motion Picture or Television at the Grammys in 1988, but lost. In "The Tan Aquatic with Steve Zissou", Stewie Griffin sings along to it while tanning. However, he personalizes some of the lyrics.
  • "Kokomo" was released on the Muppet Beach Party album, and was also made into a music video. In the latter, Kermit sings the Beach Boys tune, accompanied by a pair of Whatnot hula dancers, in a beach resort setting. The Swedish Chef appears briefly, battling lobsters, and a slew of characters recycled from previous shows, specials, and movies serve as background atmosphere. Amongst them, Be-Bop performs the steel drums, members of the Inkspots provide chorus and play saxophone, and Coffee Guy is buried in the sand. Other revellers include Whaddayasay Bird, Ohreally Bird, Righton Bird, Youknow Bird, various pigs, and Laundress. At the climax, Miss Piggy, led out to the resort by Eugene, is aghast and karate chops her frog and the grass skirt girls.

The original lyrics "gave me a tropical contact high" are replaced with "under a tropical island sky", in order to keep with the Muppets' family-friendly nature. The music video was directed by Brian Henson and produced by Ritamarie Peruggi. The video was included on Muppet Sing Alongs: It's Not Easy Being Green and aired on Nickelodeon.
