| - The explosive collar is a piece of headwear in Fallout: New Vegas.
- Explosive collars are a recent device developed by the terrans used to control zerglings that have been "lobotomized" to cut them off from the Zerg Swarm. Each device can be triggered to detonate remotely. In addition, the collars inject the zerglings with drugs, keeping them relatively docile (though they can and will attack terrans). The technology was used to help a wrangler named Randall track Colin Phash, a promising recruit for the Ghost Program. After the zerglings close in on the target, the collars could be detonated, killing the zerglings, provided the remote remained functional.
