Swanny Mull was a Mawan musician who founded the band Swanny and the Rooters shortly after the Battle of Naboo. He frequently performed with his bandmates at Decca the Hutt's headquarters. In the years leading up to the Clone Wars, Mull worked as a "water rat"—a wastewater systems programmer for the city of Naatan on his homeworld, Mawan. It was because of his municipal programming career that Swanny knew Mawan's underground water systems so well and was able to help reestablish a central government there.

abstract	Swanny Mull was a Mawan musician who founded the band Swanny and the Rooters shortly after the Battle of Naboo. He frequently performed with his bandmates at Decca the Hutt's headquarters. In the years leading up to the Clone Wars, Mull worked as a "water rat"—a wastewater systems programmer for the city of Naatan on his homeworld, Mawan. In 25 BBY, Swanny and his tunnel-worker friend Rorq helped Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker to infiltrate Decca's stronghold; in return, the two Jedi performed as part of his band at one of Decca's celebratory "revels," traditionally held after any defeat against Striker. Swanny was nearly killed, however, when a group of Striker's men attacked Decca's compound. It was because of his municipal programming career that Swanny knew Mawan's underground water systems so well and was able to help reestablish a central government there. Swanny Mull was described as being short and muscular, with a pale but youthful face. His long, snowy white hair was pulled back with metal clasps.
