Carol Rich is a Swiss singer. She studied classical singing at the Conservatoire de Fribourg, and in 1984 turned to the pop music scene where she had a modest hit with the song "Tokyo Boy" which finished seventh in the Swiss national final for Eurovision. Three years later, Carol got the chance to represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 1987 with the song Moitié-Moitié. Despite an energetic performance and drawing the coveted last spot in the running order, she only managed to finish 17th out of the 22 entries. She returned to the Swiss national final in 1991, placing fourth.
