| - Goldar (ゴールダー Gōrudā, 43): A fan-themed monster under Staff Officer Witch.
- Goldar is a warrior that serves Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd. He is the secondary antagonist of season 1 and one of the tertiary antagonists in seasons 2 and 3 of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, as well as a minor villain in Zeo and In Space, and the secondary antagonist in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: the Movie. Goldar is the secondary antagonist in the 2017 movie reboot Power Rangers will serve as the main henchman of Rita, whom she creates to steal the Zeo Crystal and will be voiced by Fred Tatasciore.
- Goldar is a long-time friend of White Leo, having trained together when they were young. He grew up to become Emperor of Gunmarino, the country (one of 38 on planet Beest) that takes its name from Gunmarino Plateau, his birthplace. Apparently this made him deputy ruler under King Yellow Giraffe. When the Decepticon-backed uprising led by Alligatoron overthrew White Leo's regime, Goldar went into hiding with his forces, which he serves in as Staff Officer for land forces. He's occasionally reckless, but he's an expert melee fighter who gives his all to help repel the Decepticons from the Beastformers' planet. His powerful teeth can tear even steel or paper (no, really).

- Goldar's behavior is more or less like that of a perverted mime. Constantly doing pelvic thrusts towards Spencer or posintioning himself in ways where someone would have no choice but to go near his penis. None of these things seem to bother Spenny that much though as he was able to ignore Goldar very easily. Since "First One to Laugh Loses", Goldar has appeared in "Who Can Put On the Best Play?" as well as the 2010 Christmas Special where Goldar battled Silencio. Goldar is also the name of a villain from the 1990's hit kids' TV show, "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers".

However, he was soon faced with the Power Rangers, and was beaten by their Megazord after an intense fight (which is in contrast to his Zyuranger version where he is able to defeat the Megazord even when alone which was only shown during the Green Ranger episodes). He also became notable for telling Rita Repulsa what to do frequently (which Rita told him never to do again in "Doomsday", part 2), and always promised that they will get revenge for their schemes' failures, even though they really didn't in the end. Having escaped 10,000 years of imprisonment with Rita, Goldar led her very first invasion against the Earth. However, he was soon faced with the Power Rangers, and was soundly beaten by their Dino MegaZord. Ever since then, Goldar fought the Rangers and their Zords, growing a strong hatred for Jason and Tommy, the Red and Green Rangers, for their continual defeats of him.
