Rachel Friedman (b. 1935) was the daughter of Berel Friedman of Puck. When a mysterious guest came to the door during Chanukah in 1939, Berel offered the stranger all he could eat. Rachel feared that the stranger would eat so much that there would be no food left for anyone else.
