By all accounts proud (it was apparently not lost upon observers of the time that Antonica just happened to bear his own name as well), he was responsible for presiding over the rule of Qeynos at the dawn of the Age of Turmoil. During the upheavals and unrest that began during his reign, including the Erudite uprising that saw many an arcane summoner depart Erudin, Antonius the Second became known as The Great Defender.
