Later, Marto was drawn to Green Sorceress' active mind in the subterranean kingdom of Voltar. So he teleported himself there and pledged his loyalty to her. He manages to capture Blue Bolt, and decided to switch bodies so he could win the heart of Green Sorceress and father a master race capabale of conquering the earth. His plans were stopped however by the timely arrival of the Blue Army of Deltos who bombed the complex and trapped him under rubble leaving him incapacitated and possibly dead.
