He served during the Clone Wars and was in charge of training clone cadets on Kamino in the early stages of the Clone Wars. When CC-2009 Typhuss, CC-9779 Vill, CL-112205 Beater, and CS-8890 Deadeye came to Kamino to help train cadets, he worked with them. Later, when the Confederacy of Independent Systems's Separatist Droid Army and CIS navy attacked the water world, Civic worked with the four troopers and the other clones on the world to defend his homeworld against the onslaught of the CIS. After the planet was liberated from the CIS forces, he continued to be a drill sergeant, but later was sent to fight on the front in the final stages of the War. After the Clone Wars, Civic fought for the Galactic Empire in the Galactic Empire Special Operations Command's 3rd Imperial Intelligence Special Operations Brigade during the Galactic Civil War, and served in the same branch in the Imperial Remnant and Fel Empire.
