The Cabinet of Hutori 3893, also known as the Second Parker Ministry is the main branch of government of the Fourth Parliament of the Kingdom of Hutori following the Hutori General Election 3893. It was formed by Prime Minister Janice Parker of the Alliance for Progress and Renewal and was a coalition with the Liberal League, the Conservative Party of Hutori, the Hutori Reformists and Choice. This was essentially almost the same cabinet as the previous one, but with the addition of the Hutori Reformists taking a cabinet position from the Conservatives and Choice. Note the Hutori Reformists entered this parliament as the Hutori Civic Forum. In 3894 the Hutori Reformists disbanded, however enough former members that were still MPs but now registered as independent still supported the coaliti
