  • Herodotus "The Psycho of the Neo Marines" (「ネオ海軍の気違い」ヘロドトス "Neo Kaigun no Kichigai" Herodotosu?) is a vice-admiral of the Neo Marines and is second-in-command of The Blue Hawks. Also the true identity of the bounty hunter known as R.B. Johnson, which he uses to sneak throughout the world and gather information. Originally Herodotus was a member of the marines who was stationed at G-5 and was believed to be a Commodore, being in charged of the 7th unit. Famed as a twisted and demented individual, Herodotus had grown bored with the lack of excitement at G-5 and decided to defect, over to the Neo Marines. Thinking that he would have more of a good time, he then had met up with Priam and the rest of the blue hawks. Because of his actions in the Neo Marines Return arc, he is considered to be one of the main antagonists of the arc. Also Herodotus makes an appearance in the Return Sabaody Archipelago Arc, as R.B. Johnson the bounty hunter. With a bounty of File:Bsymbol10.gif280,000,000 for such crimes as, defecting the marines and destroying half of G-5. Joining up with the Neo Marines and becoming a vice-admiral, along with the rest of the Blue Hawks. Murdering countless pirates, civilians and those who had stood in their way. Taking control of Tara Xc3 and sending it on a rampage throughout the west blue and in parts of the new world. His most famous crimes are the ones involved with his devil fruit, using its powers to mess with people and the marines. With this Herodotus, sets out to murder all of the pirates in the world and become an admiral in the Neo Marines.
